Unfortunately due to our venue's guest limit, we're unable to accommodate a plus one for everyone at the moment. If you have a question about this please feel free to text Audrey or Ryan.

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?
Answer
Although we love all of your little ones, we are having an adult-only wedding. We hope you're still able to join us to help celebrate our marriage (and enjoy a kid-free night)!

What's the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Our dress code is black-tie optional. For the gentlemen, we kindly ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. For the ladies, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We encourage our guests to stay at the Sawgrass Marriott located at 1000 TPC Boulevard, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082, where we have secured a room block. The link for the room block can be found under the Travel page of our website. The room block will close on September 12th, 2025 so please make your reservations by then! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from this location. If not staying at the Marriott Sawgrass resort, we encourage staying in the Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville Beach area as our other wedding festivities will be taking place in this area. The Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass is another hotel option located in the area as well as some wonderful Airbnb and VRBO options located nearby and on the water.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be transportation provided from the Sawgrass Marriott to Epping Forest Yacht Club. Transportation will be departing at 4:00pm so please arrive to the lobby no later then 4:00pm.

What is the dress code for the welcome party?
Answer
The attire for the welcome party is country club casual. We kindly ask that men wear a collared shirt. Please no denim or flip flops.
