Can I bring a date to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to extremely limited seating at our ceremony venue, we cannot accommodate any +1s at this time: we only have space for guests specifically listed on the invitation envelope and RSVP list. However, we will have room for additional people at the reception, so please reach out to us if you have any questions! If you are unable to find childcare for the trip, please reach out to us ASAP!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you RSVP by August 1st, 2022, but please RSVP as soon as possible!

Can I take pictures during your ceremony?

Answer

We are doing an unplugged ceremony- we are asking that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer and we will share those images once we receive them!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know ASAP if you have any food allergies or restrictions and we will plan accordingly.

Where should we stay at?

Answer

We would highly recommend staying at the Hidden Mountain Resort where our ceremony and reception are being held. There is more information on the "Travel" tab above. However, guests can book lodging wherever they wish.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we are planning on having a bar service at the reception. We ask that everybody drink responsibly and have a designated driver.

What will the weather be like that time of the year?

Answer

In October, the average high in Sevierville is 73 and the average low is 48. The average amount of days with rainfall in October is 11 and snow is very rare this time of the year.

What should I wear?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, so we would recommend comfortable shoes. The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. For information about weather, see "what will the weather be like that time of the year".
