Semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please no denim, shorts, or casual wear. The ceremony will be held outside with the reception to follow indoors.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. For those that are driving, please plan on arriving no later than 4:30pm. Be sure to allow time to locate the correct venue! For those that take the shuttle, we will be sure to get you to the venue at an appropriate time. If you arrive later than 5:00pm, we kindly ask that you wait to join us for the cocktail reception to avoid interruptions of the ceremony.
Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we adore your little ones, our reception will be an adults-only celebration beginning at 9:00pm. We want everyone to have a fun and relaxed evening with lively music and dancing. We want you to enjoy the evening with us - we encourage you to get a babysitter and have a date night!
There is free parking at the venue if you choose to drive. We will also provide shuttle service to and from the Denver Marriott West hotel for a small cost. Our venue is tucked away in the mountains so it is a winding drive, and Ubers/Lyfts will not be available. You do not have to be staying at the hotel for this option - locals are also welcome to park at the hotel and leave their car for the duration of the wedding. Additional information will be provided to those who mark that they'd like to use the shuttle on their RSVPs. If you are interested, make sure to note it in your RSVP so we can arrange for transportation accordingly. If plans change, please let us know as soon as possible - we will only have enough seats on the shuttle for the guests who let us know in advance.

There will be charcuterie and crudite at the cocktail hour. We will host a buffet dinner of a variety of salads, proteins, and veggie options. Please note in your RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary needs. We will have an open bar with well liquor, beer, and wine. Top shelf liquor will be available through credit card purchase, no cash allowed.

The reception will end at 11:00pm. We will offer two shuttle trips back to Golden: one at 9:00pm, and one at 11:00pm for those who choose to dance the night away!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings. Note that there are two venues on their property - we are at the Lake View venue.
