Maid of Honor
The Dr. Abbott to my Dr. Robby, Jillian has been my ultimate ride or die for the past ten years. She's also provided great guidance towards wedding planning, which was normally discussed over lettuce wraps and Sauvignon Blanc at the world famous P.F. Changs.
Bridesmaid
The Maverick to my Goose, Chelsea was the first friend I made in NOLA. In fact, we were introduced as future best friends (tho we both originally scoffed at such a remark). 15 years later, we are closer than ever and have several matching tattoos to prove it. Get ready to get down with the ultimate life of the party!
Bridesman
The Aragorn to my Gimli, Tony Z has been another ride or die of mine since 2004! Meeting as teenagers at summer film camp, we ventured to the same art school for college, and now both have established our roots in New Orleans. Ready to roll initiative? Good because Tony is the best Dungeon Master in the greater New Orleans area!
Bridesmaid
The Dr. Teeth to my Janice, Sam (aka "Cuz") has been one of the key figures in my New Orleans family....it's all in the last name! If you ever find yourself out in Gentilly, be sure to stop by one of our family dinner nights at Sam's house. Tacos and wine in Yeti cups provided!
Bridesmaid
The Posh Spice to my Ginger Spice, Anna and I have been lifelong friends, dating back to the third grade in ole V-Town. Though she moved to Scranton just before high school, we conveniently found ourselves in college in NC, just an hour apart. And the friendship picked right back up where it left off! We've since honky-tonked thru Nashville, paraded in the Quarter, and even party-bussed in Charleston singing Celine Dion at the top of our lungs. A traveling friend thru and tru!
Best Man
Ramon is my father and best man. Ramon has been the best father a son could ever hope for. Growing up, he always showed his kids love and provided them with the best of experiences and opportunities. He worked hard for his family, loved his wife, and raised me and my siblings to be the adults we are today. As I got older, dad has always been a source of support and love. We share our fandom in the Saints and Penn state, often going to games together. He continues to be a source of guidance for me in my personal and professional life. Number one a father, but also a friend.
Man of Honor
Jonathan is one of my longest and best friends. Having known each other since late grade school, both proud west bankers, we became great friends in high school at Jesuit. Many a fun night was had as well as several beach trips and travelling. Through college we stayed very close even when I would be in town when first starting working, I would visit him at LSU and several LSU game days. A few summers were had in Houston when Jonathan was working an internship and Jay was taking summer classes at UH. In our most recent years, Pansano and I have always been there for each other, in good times and bad. His son is the best and I am proud to be called uncle Jay to Cullen, the smartest kid I have ever witnessed (he wants to be an engineer). I could not have a better friend than Pansano (as we call him).
Groomsman
Luis is my little brother, yeah Luis, I will always call you my little brother, lovingly. Growing up there are many fond memories. I recall most when Luis was very young, Luis was getting into soccer, and I enjoyed teaching him, sometimes too hard, how to be a goalie which like his brother, he became a good one. Also, all the tree houses with Luis, fun memories as a kid. As we got into our adult years and have lived in different places, we still spend as much time as we can. One of my favorite times was visiting him in Los Angeles to see the great life he has built, a great time. Luis and I both have a love for travelling and the beach, Luis is known by all my friends. Greatly excited to have my great little brother as a groomsman.
Groomsman
Petey, as I call him, is my best friend from college. Petey and I were both out of state transplants to Penn State, Petey being from Connecticut. Petey and I both joined the same fraternity and became quick friends. Many a good time was had but I have appreciated that odd brain of his as it so greatly meshed with mine, always having incredible laughs and funny moments together. I have always felt a strong connection with Petey. As we have gotten older, we may not see each other in person as much as we like, Petey being in Connecticut and me in New Orleans, but we have always kept in touch regularly, I greatly enjoy hearing about Jen and his sons Duke and Cash. I am honored to have Petey as a groomsman and to spend some much needed in person time with him and Jen for the wedding weekend. Love ya big dog.
Groomsman
Jonathan is one of my oldest friends, we first met in 8th grade at Jesuit. At Jesuit, we had quite the mesh of characters as a group of friends. With me being a West banker and Blanque being from Destrehan, what a mix, we meshed quickly. Through high school, we had great times with our large group of friends, some pretty wild stories I have with this guy that I won't get into here :) Even in college, Petey and I made a pretty eventful trip to visit Blanque at Purdue with Blanque also visiting me at Penn State. We have always made time for each other, being friends for looks like almost 3/4 of our lives. I also love how of all my friends Blanque has made the most time to really get to know Callie, of which Callie and I are very appreciative. Great friend, honored to have him as a groomsman.
