Can I bring a guest?

We’ve planned our celebration carefully, so we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We love your little ones and would be happy to have them join the celebration.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal: Cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits; suits or dress shirts with dress slacks (tie optional).

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, there is an outdoor patio at the reception for those who enjoy the fresh air.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have a block at Clubhouse Hotel & Suites in Fargo. Please, check the travel tab for more information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you are staying in our block at the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites, there is a shuttle available to take you to the ceremony. We do not have transportation from the ceremony to the reception. There will also be a shuttle from the reception back to the hotel.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample amount of parking at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed, the venue just asks that vehicles are gone by 9am the next morning.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There is no open bar. However, we will have free Coors Light available until the kegs are empty!

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair locations accessible?

Answer

Yes, both St. Francis Church and River Haven are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, we are having a buffet style dinner so come hungry!
