We are asking guests to please RSVP by May 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive between 4:30-4:45. The ceremony begins at 5:00. The area is very mountainous so please take that into consideration when planning for arrival time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to our intimate wedding size, we ask that only guest's names stated on the invitation attend.

While we love our little ones, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate children.

Is there guest transportation?

Answer

Yes, for guests staying at Bear Lake Reserve, there will be transportation available to and from the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
