Brian and I will make sure everyone has a ride to Cieneguilla from the hotels. We will make sure that there is a van a driver who will get everyone here.
Brian and I do not recommend that you rent a car in Peru. Taxis and Uber are cheap and very easy to find, and braving the Peruvian roads is stressful!
In Peru, this is called "Sports Fancy," but I would equate it to dressy or business casual. No need to wear a full suit or floor length dress, but blazers, button ups, mid-length dresses are all good options! It will be between 75-60 degrees fahrenheit, so bring jackets or shawls to over up!
