What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm so please plan to arrive no later than 5:15pm. If you are traveling from the hotel, transportation will be provided to ensure you are on time to the ceremony, but if you are arriving on your own we recommend planning to arrive early to avoid traffic.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors. However, guests will need to walk outside to travel between each space so please plan accordingly based on the weather.

Is transportation provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available to take guests from the hotel blocks to The Ashford Estate promptly at 4:30pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle will take guests back to both the Homewood and Hilton Garden Inn Hotels immediately following the reception at 11pm, and throughout the after party at 12am and 1am.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Aside from our little helpers in our wedding party, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

If I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

There will be servers taking your order before dinner; please let a server know of any allergies or requests so that they can accommodate you.
