Spello
Arguably the most picturesque town in Umbria, there's something truly enchanting in its appeal. An ancient hillside town still surrounded by Roman walls, Spello has winding medieval streets, old churches and rich architecture. It is just under a 30 minute drive from the wedding venue.
Montefalco
Make your way to the hilltop town of Montefalco, which boasts some of the best views in Umbria. Make your way to the lovely Piazza del Commune in the centre of the town to admire the starfish layout, with five roads leading to five gates. Montefalco is also home to one of Italy’s most celebrated wines – Sagrantino. This wine is delicious and can only be made here and in the surrounding vineyards. 35 minute drive from the wedding venue.
Montepulciano
Montepulciano is a medieval hilltop town in Tuscany, Italy. Surrounded by vineyards, it is considered to be one of the finest winemaking regions in the world, known for its vino nobile red wine.
