We will have a shuttle available for guests staying at the Ballantyne & Aloft hotels for both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Please see details below...thank you! **Ceremony** Shuttle #1 @ 2:20pm: Picking guests up from the Ballantyne & Aloft hotels Shuttle #2 @ 2:40pm: Picking guests up from the Aloft hotel Shuttle will be available to shuttle guests back to both hotels prior to the reception @ Longview Country Club **Reception** Shuttle #1 @ 4:30pm: Picking up guests from the Ballantyne & Aloft hotels Shuttle #2 @ 4:50pm: Picking up guests from the Aloft hotels Shuttle will be available for return trips to both hotels as needed with the last shuttle leaving Longview @ 11:15pm
