Tim is coordinating a friendly game of softball or two. (Calley has been persuaded to play, so obviously no skill is required to participate.) Edgewater Park includes a playground, wallking/jogging/biking trail, and beautiful Lake Erie views for those who are not inclined toward team sports but would like to join. A casual picnic lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to help us plan for refreshments and game logistics. Suggested attire: Tim says, " Wear close-toed shoes!!"
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us outside for an evening of good food, good music, and good cheer! Suggested attire: Casual--anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. (This is a Calley + Tim celebration, after all, so you can count on diverse wardrobe choices.)
9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Join Calley and Tim on a bike ride along the award-winning Towpath Trail. The 35 to 40 mile ride will begin in the industrial heart of Cleveland, traverse through the scenic Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and end in downtown Akron, Ohio. A train ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad will bring us most of the way back into Cleveland. This adventure was Calley & Tim's first date, and is a favorite annual summer pastime. Ride variations are available for those who are interested in shorter trips. Fill out the RSVP form to help us plan the logistics and loaner bike provision.
