Portugal is an immensely beautiful country filled with history, charm, and breathtaking scenery. From the cobblestone streets and colorful architecture to the world-class food and wine, there is so much to explore and enjoy. Our wedding venue is located about 40 minutes from Porto, a vibrant coastal city known for its stunning riverfront, iconic bridges, and famous port wine cellars. We highly recommend spending a few days in Porto leading up to the wedding to soak in the culture, sights, and flavors of this incredible city before joining us for our big day.

For those traveling from abroad, we recommend flying into Porto Airport, which is the closest international airport to our venue. From Porto, you can easily reach the city center in about 20 minutes by taxi, ride share, or metro, and the venue itself is just about 40 minutes away.

Alternatively, guests may also choose to fly into Lisbon Airport, Portugal’s largest international hub. From Lisbon, you can enjoy a scenic train ride or drive of approximately 3 hours up the coast to Porto, making it a wonderful option if you wish to explore more of Portugal before the wedding.

One option is renting a car, which allows you to travel at your own pace and gives you the flexibility to stop at other destinations along the way and explore more of Portugal during your trip. Another convenient option is taking the train. Portugal’s national train system, Comboios de Portugal (CP), offers regular and comfortable routes connecting Lisbon to cities in the north, making it an easy and efficient way to travel without needing to drive.
