Please RSVP no later than February 3! You can RSVP at the tab on the far right side of our website.
The dress code is semi-formal. Dressier than what you would wear to an office job, but not quite formal evening attire. For the feminine, that means cocktail or midi dresses, a jumpsuit or pantsuit, or a formal gown if that suits your fancy. For the masculine that means a suit, or sport coat and dressy slacks. As far as shoes go, wear whatever is comfy to dance in, as long as it's not tennis shoes!
The ceremony is outdoors, and the reception will be taking place inside. Both events are at the same location, so guests are able to mill inside and out at their leisure.
Typically the weather in the beginning of March is in the low to high 70s during the day, and can cool off considerably at night with lows reaching into the low 50s. As long as you have a jacket, you should be fine!
Directly after the ceremony, the newly weds will take family pictures and bride and groom portraits. This will be the cocktail hour, and drinks will be available.
We would prefer that everyone keep their cell phones and cameras away until the ceremony is over. We're paying for a professional photographer to capture all of our special moments, please let them do their job! During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like, as long as you are respecting the photographer and where they need to be.
The reception will be starting around 7pm.
Yes, the venue has a private parking lot behind the main building. The venue is located at Ray and Gilbert, on the east side of the road.
For dinner we'll be having tacos, so if you'd like a vegetarian option please reach out in advance. Drinks will be beer, a select few liquors for mixed drinks, and margaritas!
If you're not feeling well before the wedding, we respectfully ask that you do not come. We will miss you on the big day, but our guests health is our top priority, including you!
