For those coming from out of state - in our experience it has been easiest to fly into phoenix and make the drive North to Flagstaff. It is about a two and a half hour drive.
We have two hotel options that are apart of a group rate. The last day to book and receive the group rate is May 8th.
There will be shuttles picking up guests at SpringHill and Courtyard hotels in Flagstaff to go to the venue and will return guests to locations after the event. Even if you are not staying at these hotels you can still use the shuttles!
You are welcome to drive. If you opt to do so just know parking may be a little tight and you will be driving on uneven gravel roads.
