One of our earliest photos together! San Clemente, CA with James's family, June 2017.

Anna's first Lake Powell trip, with dear friend Emmett in tow! Lake Powell has become a hugely important part of our relationship. July 2017.

In May 2018, we journeyed to Iceland!

We befriended many Icelandic ponies!

Also in May 2018, we traveled to the Faroe Islands! If you haven't heard our story about attending a local house party, and don't mind us rambling for 40 minutes, ask us about that time in Vestmanna.

In June '18, James bought a boat that has become a huge part of our lives! We've had many amazing Lake Powell trips where Anna relaxes while James works on fixing our vintage 1959 wood Chris Craft ;)

In May 2019, we traveled through Europe in a tiny camper van, and didn't kill each other!

We drank beer at many tall and beautiful places in Switzerland!

In February 2020, James got his private pilots license! Anna is making good progress on not being terrified every time they fly ;)

Our first flight with James's mom, Lori!

Anna's parents received their crash course on general aviation when we took a quick trip to Winslow, Arizona!

During COVID, we enjoyed lots of outdoor adventures. We visited Horseshoe Bend and were the ONLY ones there!

In March 2020, we participated in a "fly-in" to Alamos, Sonora, Mexico!

We are completely in love with Alamos and can't stay away!

On May 18, 2021, we got engaged at our favorite spot on Lake Powell - Cathedral in the Desert!

Lake Powell was the perfect place for James to propose, and we can't think of a better place to make it official!

Magical Lake Powell!
