Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! The dress code for our wedding is Black-Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit, and women wear an evening or ankle length gown. Please refrain from wearing cocktail attire, denim, sneakers, and shades traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory, champagne, cream, and blush.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make both our wedding ceremony and reception an adult only affair, with the exception of those who are in our bridal party! We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use this as a date night on us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all rsvp cards are returned back to us by June 12th! We recommend that you anticipate 1 week for mailing, so we recommend that guests mail their RSVPs by June 5th approximately! Any RSVP cards received after the week of June 12th will not be able to be accommodated! You will be missed!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally listed on their invitation. Please see your rsvp card to indicate how many seats we have reserved in your honor!

Do you have a courtesy block/ hotel recommendations if we are traveling?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a courtesy block at the Courtyard By Marriott Islip. Please use the link in our travel tab to book at our discounted rate! Please note that to book in our block, Marriott requires a 2 night booking. If you choose to only stay one night, you will not be able to receive the discounted rate. The current rate for a king room is $399 per night; the current rate for a queen room is $499 per night. With our block discount ( 2 night required) , the rates are $229 per night for a king room and $249 per night for a queen room! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at St Patrick’s Church and Southward Ho for your convenience!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by 12:45 sharp, as our ceremony begins at 1 pm!
