Shuttle from the Fairfield & Hyatt to the Venue

A shuttle will pick up at the Fairfield inn at 3pm, and the Hyatt at 3:15pm. It will begin taking people back to the hotels at 8:30pm, 10:30pm and the final pick up at 12am! If you choose to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel you can leave your vehicle at the venue overnight.

Hyatt Place Madison / Verona

This is the hotel that we originally room blocked at and most of the wedding party will be staying here. Unfortunately, the room block is completely full, however, I have been told a few rooms have become available in the hotel so you may be able to book a room here now outside of the hotel block!

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison Verona

We currently have a total of 10 Rooms available in a room block for $129-$149/night. Once this room block is filled people will have to book at the normal hotel rate. We will have a shuttle bus from this hotel and the Hyatt to the wedding venue so if that is something you are interested in I would recommend booking here! In order to get the room block rate you will have to call 608-845-3000 and ask for the Calkins Ruesch Wedding block.. If I hear the room block has been filled I will update it here.

Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Evansville

Boarders Inn is one of the closest hotels to the venue only being 18 minutes away. Their rooms are around $100 for the night.

Sleep Inn & Suites Oregon - Madison

This hotel is the closest one to the wedding barn (18 minutes away). However, we were unable to room block here due to 2 other wedding room blocks for the same weekend & Iron Man bookings. But, they do still have a couple rooms available. About $225/night.

Days Inn by Wyndham Stoughton WI.

Wyndham is the least expensive hotel option that I have found, located in Stoughton about 27 minutes from the wedding barn with a rate at about $85-$100/night. We do not have a room block here but they do have rooms available.

Seven Acre Dairy Company

Looking for something to do and somewhere more fun to stay? Seven Acre Dairy Company is a a restored dairy factory located on the Sugar River. They have beautiful boutique like rooms & onsite dining. Rooms starting at about $479. Located about 22 minutes from the wedding barn.

Crazy Horse Campground

Crazy Horse is a campground located about 25 minutes from the wedding barn. They do have Cabin rental options, RV hookups and Tent camping options. This is the campground that a lot of the Nellessen family will be staying at!

Sweet Minihaha Campground

Very nice campground located 19 minutes from the wedding barn! They offer tubing trips down the Sugar River, as well as kayaking & Canoeing! They offer space for RVs, Pop-ups, & Tent camping. Rates starting at about $30-40/night.

Great campground located 19 minutes from the wedding barn! They offer RV lots & lodging options. Rates start at $57/night.
