Please arrive no later than 4:15pm, as the venue will close the entrance at 4:30pm when the ceremony begins.
For guests staying at the Baymont by Wyndham, a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue: • Pick-Up: 3:30 PM | Shuttle departs at 3:45 PM After the reception: • First Return Shuttle: Departs venue at 9:15 PM • Second Return Shuttle: Departs venue at 10:15 PM Please be in the Baymont lobby by 3:30 PM to board the shuttle!
While we adore children, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll enjoy a night of relaxation and celebration with us!
Please dress in semi-formal attire for our big day! i.e. suits, cocktail dresses, or a stylish evening outfit. The bridal party will be in two shades of taupe, a lighter taupe and a darker taupe. If possible, please avoid this color along with white/ivory.
Please check your formal invitation (coming soon) for details on whether a plus-one is included. When you enter your name on the RSVP page (coming soon), you will see any additional guests we've included. Please understand we would like to keep this celebration as intimate as possible!
There will be a casual welcome event at Barley Creek Brewing Company - Pint Size Park on Friday, June 20th beginning around 7:00pm. This allows us to spend additional time with our guests throughout the weekend, as we know how quickly the wedding/reception will fly by! Please see the 'schedule' tab for additional details.
Yes - There will be a shuttle picking up and dropping off at The Baymont. Details on timing to come. There will not be transportation for the welcome event on Friday.
