Where is the wedding taking place?

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is Semi-Formal, garden party attire. Gentlemen: Light, breathable suits or dress shirts with a sport coat (optional), paired with slacks in light gray or soft earth tones. Blazers are welcome, and ties are optional. White dress shirts are appropriate. Ladies: Flowy dresses in soft fabrics, think florals and romantic silhouettes in warm colors/pastels or neutral tones. Midi, tea-length, or maxi styles are preferred, though elegant separates are also a great option. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing sage green colors and shades of blue, as they are reserved for the wedding party and special guests. You will want to wear comfortable shoes for gravel and grass and you may want a light layer for the evening. Please do not wear jeans, shorts, tee shirts, polos, flip flops, hats, cowboy boots, overly casual attire, or white/ivory (except for men’s dress shirts). Grays and black are ok. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If the weather is nice our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Dinner will be in the barn and dancing will be on the attached covered deck. There is also a large outdoor area attached to the venue. You will want to wear comfortable shoes for gravel and grass and you may want a light layer for the evening.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available at the venue only a few steps from the barn. There are a few handicapped spots available as well. Please be respectful not to drive on grass and stay on designated roads. Vehicles may be parked in the lot overnight but must be removed from the lot by 10:00AM the next day.

Are children and plus ones invited?
Answer
Because space is limited, only children and guests noted on your RSVP are invited. Please reach out to Calisto or Laura if you have any questions about who is invited.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by Saturday, July 18, 2026. You can do so directly through this website. You will not be required to make a meal selection as we are having a buffet-style dinner and guests are allowed both entrée options.

Will there be dietary accommodations?
Answer
Absolutely! Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to work with the caterer to accommodate them.

Can I take photos during the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We are planning an unplugged wedding ceremony. We kindly ask guests to put phones away during the wedding ceremony.

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The celebration concludes at 11:00 PM with a grand exit! We ask that guests please be off the property by 11:30PM, with the exception of any vehicles being left overnight. Vehicles must be removed from the lot by 10:00AM the next day.

Are hotel blocks available?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a room block at: Hometown Inn & Suites in Belle Plaine, MN Best Western Plus Saint Peter in St Peter, MN Unfortunately, there are not very many hotels close to the venue. They are all approximately 20-40 minutes from the venue. We chose the closest hotels. See the “Travel” page for booking details.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Unfortunately, transport to and from the hotel will not be provided. Please plan a safe and sober ride home. Vehicles may be parked in the lot overnight but must be removed from the lot by 10:00AM the next day. Please note that Rideshare apps and Taxis may not be available in the area.
