FAQs

The Wedding Website of Calista Paine and Carson McKern
Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

While the official wedding ceremony start time will be 1:30, guests may arrive as early as 1:00 pm to enjoy a drink prior to the start. There will be no parking at either the ceremony venue or the reception venue. Transportation will be provided via shuttle service. Please look for the shuttle schedule under the "Shuttle" tab.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will have an indoor and outdoor space. We recommend wearing shoes you can walk with on uneven or grassy terrain.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception.

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Guests who are gluten-free or have other dietary restrictions and/or allergies may include that information when you RSVP so we can address them with our caterer.

Question

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Hotel information is listed in the hotel section of our wedding website. A complimentary 15% discount is offered through that link. You are welcome to book a room at another hotel or rental home through your own booking.

Question

Can I bring a plus one with me?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to only one person, then unfortunately you will not be able to bring a plus one with you. The reception venue has limited space and we will be celebrating with our closest friends and family.
