What is the attire for the occasion?

Answer

It’s more semi-formal than formal. Please wear something nice but that does not mean “black tie.” You can wear jeans but please be sure there’s no holes.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We’ve decided to keep it an adults-only celebration. We absolutely love all the kids in our family, but since it’s at a winery and we want everyone to be able to relax, have a drink, and party into the night with us, we think this will be the best vibe for the day. We hope you understand and know it’s nothing personal — we just want to make it a fun evening for the grown-ups! Can’t wait to celebrate with you all! ❤️ Miranda & Cal

What time does the event start/end?

Answer

Clauren Ridge is open to the public until 5:00 pm when the “official” Rental Hours begin. Official Rental is 6 hours and is from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Guests may begin to arrive starting at 4:30 p.m. The last song and send-off time is 10:30 pm. Everyone must be out of the space and parking lot no later than 11:00 pm.

What’s allowed for the send off?

Answer

Bubbles are provided for the Bride and Groom’s Send off. Any other materials used must be on the list of allowed materials, or have written consent from the Owner for their use. Approved Materials: • Candles (not including our tea lights) are allowed, but cannot be lit with real flames. Any candles must either be unlit or battery operated. • Ribbons tied to sticks • Glow Sticks Prohibited Materials: • Chinese Lanterns • Smoke Bombs • Fireworks/Sparklers •Rice • Birdseed • Confetti • Flower Petals (real or fake) • All Materials other than those listed in the Approved Materials without prior approval.

Will there be security?

Answer

The venue includes an onsite uniformed security guard. Please note that the presence of the security guard does not absolve the Bride, Groom, or any Appointed Sponsor from any duty listed under this agreement. A copy of the guest list is provided for security to ensure everyone arriving at your event are your guests.
