Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Let us know if you can make it by June 30th—we’ll need a headcount to start the fun stuff like seating charts and picking out the perfect cocktails. Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you'd like to help us celebrate with a gift, we’ll have a wedding registry available soon. Even more meaningful to us is the chance to begin our married life with a memorable adventure—so we’ve also created a honeymoon fund. You can find all the details under the "Registry" tab at the top of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Due to venue policies, late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby until the ceremony concludes. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you—Houston traffic included!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that guests dress in their best semi-formal attire. While a ballgown isn’t necessary, we’d love for everyone to look stylish and polished as we celebrate this special day together!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus-one is not listed on your RSVP, please reach out to Cali or Stephen, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please understand that space is limited, and we have a carefully planned seating chart to ensure there is enough room, food, and beverages for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are having a kid-friendly wedding and would love to celebrate with your little ones. We have included most children on the RSVP, but if we accidentally missed your child, please reach out to Cali or Stephen so we can ensure there is space and a meal for them. That said, if you prefer to enjoy a kid-free night out, we completely understand and want you to celebrate in whatever way works best for you. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have listed three hotel options under the "Travel" tab on our website, all within 10 minutes or less of the wedding venue for convenience. If you're looking for a more upscale stay, we recommend checking out hotels in The Woodlands or Downtown Houston. These areas offer a more luxurious experience, though they are a bit farther from the venue. Whatever you choose, we’re so excited to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or vegan preferences, please reach out to Cali or Stephen as soon as possible. We want to make sure everyone has a meal they can enjoy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. If you're planning on enjoying adult beverages, we kindly encourage you to consider using Uber or another rideshare service to ensure everyone’s safety. If you have any questions or concerns about parking, feel free to reach out to Cali or Stephen. We’re excited to have you join us and want to make your experience as smooth as possible!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar featuring a selection of beer, wine, and a few cocktail options. Please drink responsibly, and if you're planning on traveling afterward, we encourage you to consider using a rideshare service. We can’t wait to raise a glass and celebrate with you!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside alcohol to the wedding. Our venue has a strict no-outside-alcohol policy, and we want to make sure everyone can enjoy the evening without any issues. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with a full open bar provided by the bride and groom! Please note that anyone bringing in outside alcohol may be asked to leave by venue staff.
