Our story started way back in middle school, running track for the Gliders. Carson noticed Cali immediately… but Cali was not impressed. She thought Carson talked way too much and made that very clear by not talking to him at all. For a while, Carson ran laps and conversations solo. Then, one random summer day during their sophomore year, Cali decided to give him a chance. Turns out, once she actually talked to him, she kind of liked him. A lot. From that moment on, they hit it off effortlessly, laughing, talking (yes—Carson still talked a lot), and becoming inseparable. On February 19, 2022, when Carson finally turned 16, we officially started dating. From there, we did life side by side—running track together, cheering each other on at meets, and pushing each other through practices and high school life. We learned how to support one another, even through the ups, downs, and growing pains that came with those years. Somehow, between track meets, school days, and countless memories, we built something really special. So on September 9, Carson asked Cali to spend forever with him, and she said yes. Now, we’re so excited to start our forever together.
