How do I RSVP?
Answer
Click the RSVP tab at the top of our website to RSVP by May 15. Please do not text or call us to RSVP.
Question
Will transportation be provided for the welcome party and ceremony/reception?
Answer
Transportation for both the welcome party and the ceremony/reception will be provided to guests who book a room through our room block at the Hilton Inverness Hotel. Guests who stay at the Homewood Suites, down the street from the Inverness, can also use the shuttle service provided by the Inverness.
Question
If I'm not staying at the Inverness or Homewood Suites, how should I get to and from the welcome party and wedding venue?
Answer
The welcome party is at Cale's family's home, which will have limited parking. We recommend either scheduling an Uber or Lyft, or carpooling with other guests. Our venue has a parking lot where guests may leave their cars overnight. Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available in the area, and we encourage you to use this option if you plan to drink at the open bar! If you plan to drive or get a ride, please arrive at the venue no later than 4:15 PM.

The welcome party will be held outside, so please plan accordingly!

Will the wedding take place inside or outside?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held inside. There is an outdoor patio for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

What is the dress code?
Answer
For the welcome party, please wear whatever you are most comfortable in. For the wedding, the dress code is black tie optional. Ladies, we ask that you wear cocktail or floor-length dresses. Gentlemen, we ask that you wear a suit and tie (or a tux if you're feeling fancy).

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration, but kids may join us for the welcome party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate and enjoy the weekend with us!
