Hotel Room Block Information/Pricing

Our room block is only at our venue, Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort. Below is all booking information. Please note that you can book now as our room block is open. Please call the reservation number below to do so - book now, pay later. Group block Name: Calenzo & Oczkowski Wedding 2025 Reservations phone number: 800.582.5540 There is a 2 night minimum at our venue and at most hotels in the area. Room Type and Rates: Lakefront with King or 2 queens Weekday (Sun to Thurs) –$319 per night Weekend (Friday & Saturday) – $389 per night Villageside with King or 2 queens Weekday (Sun to Thurs) - $289 per night Weekend ( Friday & Saturday ) - $369 per night In addition to Lakeside/Villageside rooms, we also have blocked out the following family style suites for anyone wishing to stay with family and/or friends. Colden Suite – This room has a King bed on one side, bathroom in the middle, 2 queens on the opposite side, ground floor on the lake Weekday – $ 439 per night Weekend - $ 519 per night Rocky Peak Suite - This is a 2 bedroom Villageside room with 2 queens and a king Weekday – $ 379 per night Weekend - $ 439 per night Lakeside Specialty Room – Ground floor lakefront room with 3 queen beds. It has a fireplace and good access to lake. Weekday – $ 419 per night Weekend - $ 459 per night Gothics Suite – This is a nice King Bed Suite with a Jacuzzi tub. It’s on the second floor and lakeside. After the release date any rooms still being held in the block will be put back into inventory and sold to anyone on the waitlist. If a person calls to make a reservation with the group after the release date they will pay the going rate for a room not the group rates.

When is check-in?

The hotel check in is at 4pm. **Please note that our ceremony will begin at 4pm. If you are unable to come in on Friday, please make proper arrangements with the hotel for early check in requests. If you are not staying at the preferred hotel, please check with your hotel directly for check in times.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside alongside Mirror Lake with immaculate mountain views. Our reception will take place inside however, it is an indoor/outdoor style wedding reception. There will be chairs setup outside along with firepits for your leisure.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We love kids and know how important they are to you. Please if you would like to bring your child and they are not listed on your invite (we tried our best) let me know ASAP so that I can make proper arrangements for menu, etc.

Will there be a welcome party?
Answer
YES! We do ask that you RSVP if you and your guest(s) will be attending so that we have a better idea on the evening. The formal invite will provide additional details as does our Schedule section on our website.
