When should we RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 15th, 2025 so we can ensure we have a final headcount for our wonderful vendors!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. The ceremony and reception are taking place indoors so you can leave your snow suits at home! Victoria’s bridesmaids are wearing a dark navy blue - if the ladies can try your best to avoid this colour it would be much appreciated!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, the venue has plenty of room to park your vehicle! However, we have provided a shuttle to and from the hotel for those staying the night.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM, however, guests may begin arriving at the venue at 3:30 to find their seats!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to have your little ones share in our big day, we kindly ask this be an adult-only wedding.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Due to venue regulations, we are only allowed a certain number of people. Unless it is stated on your formal invitation, please do not bring a plus one. We hope you understand!

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

The bar will close at 1:00AM followed by the shuttle bus arriving shortly after to take you safely to the hotel!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do not have a registry! We are just requesting your presence to help us celebrate our big day with our favourite people! If you do wish to give us a gift, monetary gifts are greatly appreciated but not expected!

When is the shuttle bus pick up and drop-off?

Answer

The shuttle bus will arrive at Allure Hotel at 3:20PM and drop guests off at the venue around 3:45PM. There will be two more shuttle buses arriving at the venue at 11PM and 1AM to bring guests back to the hotel.
