What time should I arrive?

All guests are expected to arrive 20-30 minutes before 4:30.

Is the Ceremony and Reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, all events on July 11, 2026, will be held at Quarry Oaks Golf Club.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outdoors on the Driving Range. The Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors, with access to the indoor area. The Reception will be held indoors with access to the outdoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there will be parking on site.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus to and from the hotel block and the venue.
