Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be held at the same location - the Prospect Lake Community Hall. There are no steps to access either the garden for the wedding, or the hall for the reception. The lawn terrain of the garden might be uneven; please plan accordingly. There are gendered bathrooms in the hall, with wheelchair accessibility in both.
Yes! There should be a question about food allergies linked to the RSVP, but you can also reach out to Saurabh and/or Caleigh directly.
Yes - there will be vegetarian options as well as meat-based options for the dinner.
There are more than 50 parking spaces available on site, and more parking available approximately 1 km down the road at Prospect Lake Elementary School. If you require on-site parking, please contact Jim Aalders at jaalders@shaw.ca and we can reserve a spot for you.
