We're Getting Married

Cali and Jonas first crossed paths in 2017, when Jonas was playing hockey in Kelowna, Cali’s hometown. Though their connection was instant, it wasn’t until a few years later, when Jonas was at UNLV, that sparks truly began to fly. Over the years, despite the distance, their bond grew stronger. They spent years traveling back and forth, exploring new places, and making unforgettable memories together along the way. From flights to weekend getaways, no matter where they went, they realized that home was always with each other. Through time, travel, and countless moments together, they proved that love can thrive no matter the miles apart. On October 26th, 2024, Jonas made everything official. In a place close to Cali’s heart—the Browns family cabin, her favorite spot in the world—he asked her to spend forever with him. It was the same place where Cali’s dad, Dave, proposed to her mom, Angela, years ago. With her parents and brother present, making the moment even more special. Surrounded by the beautiful scenery that has witnessed so many family memories, it felt like the perfect place to create a new chapter in their own love story. They can’t wait to celebrate their love, surrounded by family and friends, knowing that their story is just beginning.
