Caleb and Lindsay met at church in the summer of 2024. It didn’t take long for the two to connect. Their connection grew quickly through faith-filled conversations, shared values, and time spent together outside of church. Their first official date was a nice dinner in Lee’s Summit area, followed by an evening of arcade games and laughter. A perfect start to many more adventures. Together, they experienced their first Missouri State Fair, enjoyed countless dinners and shopping trips, and even braved the Kansas City Renaissance Festival. Along the way, they made countless trips to visit family, spent time exploring the Kansas City area, enjoyed nights of line dancing, DND game nights, movie nights, and plenty of late-night ice cream runs. One of their most special moments came during a trip to the Ha Ha Tonka Castle Ruins in Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Caleb suggested taking a cute picture together, while Lindsay had no idea a video was secretly being planned to capture the moment. That picture turned into a proposal and an unforgettable “yes.” Afterward, the couple explored the area, enjoyed a mini hike, and shared a celebratory lunch. What began with a shared faith turned into something lasting and full of love. On July 19, 2025, Caleb and Lindsay were married in Iowa, surrounded by loved ones as they officially began their life together. After spending five months in Missouri as newlyweds, they set off on a new adventure which was moving to Georgia and continuing to build their life side by side. Now, they’re excited for all that lies ahead, grateful for the journey that brought them here and the people who have supported them along the way. They are especially excited to celebrate their first year of marriage with more family and friends.
