Caleb and Vivien first met at Kingdomcity Singapore's connect group where a group of individuals gather on alternate Fridays to do life together and grow deeper in the word of the Lord. Vivien first joined the connect group in February 2019 and Caleb joined in April 2019.

After several months of knowing each other in a group setting, Caleb asked Vivien out for a dinner at Kuro Maguro. They watched The Heart of Man showed by Salt and Light Media at Capital Tower. It was a tissue party, at least for Vivien (great movie, highly recommend you to watch it!). Caleb wondered if it was a right choice of movie because Vivien was bawling her eyes out (laughs). Caleb brought Vivien to Bird of Paradise's ice cream (their favourite ice cream till date) and both chatted over a cold cuppa. 'Twas a great date night!

It all happened on 26 September 2020! Caleb first planned to meet Vivien in the evening to do some worship jamming like their usual quality time activity together. Vivien happily went along, oblivious to Caleb's secret masterplan. They both went to the top of Tanjong Rhu Lookout Tower and worshipped. Towards the last song (Promises by Maverick City), Caleb transitted to the proposal by sharing that he wrote a song and that was his Promises to Vivien. Very emotional moment for them both, Caleb went on one knee and pop the question. Vivien said yes and the rest is history. Caleb then brought Vivien to Koma for a dinner celebration of the successful, YES. This proposal wouldn't be possible without the support and help of Caleb's family and Kyser (who flew the drone).
