Officiant
When thinking of someone who could officiate our wedding, Shelby and I decided that we would like someone who has known and seen us from the start. We thought that my dad would be perfect for this. He has welcomed Shelby into our family quickly and openly. We are excited to have him standing by us officiating our wedding day. - C I am so excited to have Dave as my future Father in Law! We have shared many wonderful moments together over the course of Caleb and I's relationship so far. Game nights where I have learned how to hold my own against the quick wit of the Cripe's, especially Dave, shedding far too many tears in front of him (the proposal mostly), and other fun adventures in Tahoe, Monterey and more. So grateful to have him play such an important role in our special day! - S
Ring Bearer
I have known Milo since he was born. I spent his first summer with him. I got to spend time with him at the beach and playing with his toys. As an uncle, it was a unique experience to see him develop before my eyes. We are excited to have him be our ring bearer and a part of our ceremonious day. - C Milo is my first nephew! He is the sweetest kid and I have so enjoyed getting to know his interests and watch his little personality grow. Facetime calls where we see all his Hot Wheels and bubbles and park fun while visiting Milo and the fam in Iowa have been such sweet moments that make me so excited to be Aunty Shelby! - S
Flower Girl
My sweet Gwen is my oldest niece and one of our Flower Girls. She is beyond smart and clever though often timid. Every holiday has been doubly joyous as I have been able to see her grow. I am so glad she has welcomed her new Auntie. - C Gwen and I are going to be kindred spirits I just know it. From having a shared dynamic of being the oldest sisters in our families and sharing a love for braids in our hair and art, I am so excited to continue to build my relationship with her and Auntie Shelby! - S
Flower Girl
Miriam-Grace is my newest niece and our second Flower Girl. She has a quiet mischievousness to her. I am sure in a few years she’ll be getting in some trouble with me and her new Auntie. - C While Miriam-Grace takes a minute to warm up sometimes, once she does, she has the most amazing laugh and smile. I've so enjoyed playing tea party with her, walking her around the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and I look forward to many other fun times with our little diva! - S
Maid of Honor
Lauren decided we would be friends the day we met. It was my first day at a new church, we were 5 years old, and both unaware of the future friendship ahead of us. While we have done a lot over the years, our friendship was mostly built on days spent at the boardwalk, listening to the Beach Boys, Sounds of Summer CD. "Number 25" we would yell from the back seat, requesting our favorite song, Kokomo. Now after 20 years of friendship we still love Kokomo and going to the beach. We have truly been through thick and thin with each other, all of life's best and worst days. We have been bridesmaids together, our moms have been bridesmaids together and I already have the Pinterest board created for her wedding whenever it happens! I'm so grateful to have Lauren in my life, she's like family at this point and I couldn't imagine a more fitting role for her than my Maid of Honor. - S
Matron of Honor
I had the privilege of attending not only college, but also high school and middle school with Courtney. Courtney has always been an amazing encourager. I think I definitely think I maintained so much interest in school sports, soccer, volleyball, etc., because I so enjoyed being on her team. Obviously we don't play sports together anymore but Court has continued to be an amazing supporter. She is the friend who will always send an encouraging text when you need it, check in on family things and always leave you feeling better after seeing her. Even with a baby girl on the way, she has remained a steady provider of wedding help and peace of mind for the inevitable stress of this season! I was so honored to support Court as one of her Maid of Honors and I'm so happy to pass the torch to her as my Matron of Honor! - S
Bridesmaid
Rachel was my first little sibling. I believe she is one of the biggest reasons I love kids and teaching so much. She was my built in dress up/fashion show partner, student, co-writer for songs we made up, tree climber buddy and only messed up my rollerskating garage routine's a handful of times (ps theres video footage of this somewhere), and now she's one of my bridesmaids! It has been such a wonderful experience to watch her grow up to be the woman she is today. Rachel is fiercely unique, incredibly kind, has amazing music taste, and WAY cooler than her big sister. I'm so grateful for Rachel's summer job in Tahoe where she got to spend a lot of time getting to know Caleb coming over for dinner nights at our place once a week. Those two have a lot of fun teaming up against me, in the most loving way! - S
Bridesmaid
Ingy Zingy! While Ingrid and I didn't meet until high school, our friendship didn't take long to become a strong and long lasting one. From inventing our own sideline group called the Bench Buds in soccer because you guessed it, we sat on the bench most of the time, to Ing joining our family trip to Morro Bay for fourth of July, we had no shortage of the best memories. We both went to college in SoCal and continued to hang out as much as we could, catching up on life, boys, etc. over sushi, of course. Ing got to see into Caleb and I's life when she was a Camp Nurse at Zephyr and that was so special to me. We have since shared a lot of joy in this wedding process that we're both in. Ingrid will be getting married a week after us and we're so excited for her and Reid! So glad to have her as my Bridesmaid and I can't wait for Shut Up and Dance to play at both of our weddings on the dance floor! - S
Bridesmaid
My Lynnie Bean. The youngest of my siblings. The one you fear and admire at the same time. Actually though, Lynsie is truly such a gem and I'm so happy to involve her in this wedding process, a big first for her! Caleb and I had the pleasure of hosting Lynsie and her two friends in our two bedroom apartment when their overnight summer camp got cancelled. Mind you, this was only a month after my ACL and Meniscus surgery. I have never seen so much cereal and goldfish consumed. But most importantly, our apartment had never been filled with so much laughter and good chaos. That's Lyn though, laughter and chaos. Lynsie is ridiculously funny, to herself, and sometimes others. My favorite thing to do is listen to long life updates from her, who she has a crush on, what silly thing Jakes been doing, what music artist she's really into. Doesn't matter what it is, she can go on for hours, and I'll never get tired of listening. Hoping this means she'll do a speech for the wedding... So excited to see her take on this role of Bridesmaid! - S

While on a work camping trip in Yosemite, in September 2023, Kerri said to me, "I think you like Caleb... and I just wanted you to know that if you do, I would approve". I promptly responded with denial. Kelsey and Kerri and I all shared an office at the time, with Caleb. So these two really had a front row seat to the start of our relationship. In the weeks following the Yosemite trip, I had many chats with Kelsey and Kerri. A lot of these chats were me giving the run down of passing conversations with Caleb, Kelsey saying "tell me more" and Kerri getting us back on track at work. Classic. They encouraged me to go on THE camping trip and figure out how I felt about Caleb and were the first people I texted once I got back into service. I updated them, detailing what a great time we had, our appreciation for their dog Milo, who was our just incase we didn't like each other buffer, us finally getting a kiss in and then me saying "hummus" immediately after (a story for another time). The four of us have since then shared great times together, running a half marathon, game nights, a soccer league, etc. Kelsey and Kerri are such amazing friends, they have never made me feel like a third wheel, lol. In the time I have lived in Tahoe we have grown so close and experienced so many big moments together, both tough and exciting. We have cried and laughed til we've cried and I am so happy to have them share in the life moment that is my wedding as my bridesmaids! - S
Bridesmaid
Melanie is THE first person I will be looking for when we hit the dance floor at the wedding, aside from Caleb. She is spunky and fun and always makes sure you feel celebrated. I met Mel in high school, probably at soccer but then we really bonded over a science class we had together. I can't remember the name fo the class for the life of me, but I remember talking with Mel every time we had class... Regardless of how often Mel and I caught up over the years, when we got together it was like no time had passed. To this day, whenever we meet up to talk life, the time flies by. No topic is ever off limits and theres always a sense of care and honesty in my talks with Mel and I so appreciate her authenticity as a friend. Last September Mel and Caleb and I got to spend some good time together at Lo's wedding. My two favorite moments of that time were leaving the venue after cleaning up for an hour only to run back in and save the cardboard cut out of Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull and Adam Sandler (iykyk) and then driving Mel to Bend the next day. Despite how tired we all were heading into this hour long drive, she and Caleb managed to start a deep conversation about religion and yoga and nature all while I was ordering the wrong thing at Sisters Coffee Co. The conversation continued in the car on the drive of course and it was honestly music to my ears. I'm so excited to have Mel in our wedding party and for more fun moments and conversations to take place! - S
Bridesmaid
Lo, Low, Scoobs, Hogie squirrel hater, whatever you want to call her, she'll answer and always be there. Lauren's consistency and dedication to her friends is truly amazing. She has never once answered a text question of mine with a message shorter than 5 sentences and I LOVE that about her. She is so thorough and caring of whatever you bring to the table, no matter how important the topic is. In high school Lo dropped off a present to my house and my Papa texted saying how sweet of a friend I have that she would do that and he was so right. If you know me, you know I am a big gift giver. But us gift givers have to receive a bit too! That's me and Lo. We have continued and endless flow since high school of meaningful gifts and hand written notes to celebrate holidays, big life events, and anything in between. A month after Caleb and I got engaged, we stayed with Lo and her husband Ben at their home and they welcomed us with a gift basket to congratulate us on our next adventure. It meant the world to us! As much as Lo appreciates gifting, she also loves a good joke or prank. One time in high school I taped pictures of Pitbull and squirrels all over her car Winston because she has a fear of bald people and squirrels. The naked mole rat from Kim Possible made an appearance too as he was the perfect combo of both. Can't wait for wedding shenanigans with Lo as my bridesmaid, which truly is the best gift I could as for! - S
Best Man
The neighborhood that I grew up in, Jonah’s father built. In many ways, Jonah and I were destined to be friends. Jonah and I grew up together in church and spent many hours on a pool deck together during swim practices and swim meets. Jonah and I share similar stories when it comes to traveling internationally, a deep love for surfing, and the enjoyment of coffee and beer. Jonah is one of the people who has seen me through almost everything in my life despite distance. This ranges from high school drama, to being there the day that I proposed to Shelby. - C
Groomsman
Jordan is not only my brother but one of my closest friends. Consistently he is the person I call the most to talk with about life and all its goods and bad. Our brothership really took off during the summers I spent living with him and his wife in Hawaii. It was our love for scuba diving, snorkeling and just hanging at the beach that helped bond us to be the brothers we are today. Now we continue to enjoy phone calls and the occasional obsessive conversation about playing Dungeons and Dragons, because time zones make it too hard to actually play. - C
Groomsman
Jesse and I first met in my freshman year of college, but it was not until we started going to the same church and spent three months together in Indonesia that we became close. Travelling the world creates a unique bond between people. Over the next five years, Jesse and I travelled to five countries together, graduated grad school together, and completed countless hikes, Trader Joe's runs and evening bike rides. Jesse is who I have cried with watching movies and listening to music, shouted with when playing video games, and pondered the wonders of the universe. - C

Luke and I have been lifelong friends. As kids we would entertain ourselves with lightsaber fights, watching silly movies, and all the church events we could possibly go to. Luke, Chris (see below), and I even fostered an entrepreneurial spirit when we would bake cookies and then sell them door to door. Now we share a love of DND, our hometown, and meaningful conversations around a campfire. - C
Groomsman
Jake is one of my newest siblings. Marrying Shelby has granted me the privilege to know Jake and to call him brother. We have already shared a love for Minecraft and more importantly music. It is these shared moments that thrills me for the years to come and the shared experiences that we will be able to continue to make. - C If there was an award for brothers who put up with three sisters, Jake could maybe win it. But actually Jake has truly lived the most stacked life of being the middle sibling and only guy of us siblings. This didn't ever affect his ability to find his voice at home and make sure we didn't force him to do anything he didn't want to do. So when us girls went to the mall and did some shopping Jake would always make it clear he did not want to attend, but definitely wanted a Starbucks frappacino to be brought home to him after the shopping was done. Jake has grown up to be a great young man with good music taste, fun hobbies and still manages to work a crowd well just like he did when he was younger. You will catch him on the dance floor at our wedding, just don't ask him to do karate. - S
Groomsman
Similarly to Luke, Chris and I have been lifelong friends. As kids, we would take shovels to the field behind his house and dig trenches, pretending that we were in World War 2 or fighting the Empire in Star Wars. Moments were and are never dull with Chris, particularly because he has this uncanny ability to watch a movie once and know all the quotable lines. Chris is also the one I know I can come to with something and he has wisdom and kindness beyond most anyone I know. - C

Matt and I met about 8 years ago through some friends that I had made in college. We instantly became friends, which had to do somewhat with our love of magic, our shared interest in triathlons, the ease of having deep meaningful connections, and similar hopes in life. Matt is the type of guy who says that he wants to live life in the fullest way he can, and he does. In our friendship one of the ways that this has manifested is through our shared love of food and cooking. Food has been a center to us as it has been a way to draw people together, a value that we both share. - C

Zach was the first friend I made in the first class I ever took in college. Our friendship turned into me spending more time in his dorm than mine freshman year, playing card games and laughing until we couldn't breathe. It was also in college where we decided that it was time we both take up surfing. We would spend many a weekend driving to the beach in the hopes of catching waves in the beautiful LA sun. We also travelled halfway around the world together and upon returning we would often find ourselves at coffee shops talking for hours. Even when I moved to New Jersey and Zach would be on tour, we found time to eat pancakes at a diner, or take the train an hour to grab coffee. - C
