We thank you for first modeling for us what love should look like. For the past seven years, you have been working in and through us by your grace and through faith to form a love between us that brings you glory. We especially thank you for allowing us to find each other at such a young age and for the beautiful journey we've shared. We pray that we can continue to grow closer to you, not just as individuals but as one, to love others in a way that points the glory back to you. We commit to serving those around us together, reflecting your love in our actions. We thank you for the amazing people you have placed in our lives, who have all played pivotal roles through your grace to shape us into who we are today and who we are to become. Thank you, God, for the love you have placed between us. Help us to follow the example you set in 1 Corinthians 13:4 ESV, where you taught us that “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant.” Grant us wisdom and patience as we navigate the challenges of life together.
