Madi and I have been best friends since we were in elementary school. We met in a Sunday school class taught by her mom and my dad. She has been my best friend ever since and has seen me through every trial that life has given me. She is my perspective and my sunshine. She stands by me, and corrects me (which is a big job), and keeps me honest. She is a testament to the strength that lives within a woman. We grow together, not apart, and that is a rare find. She is my proof that there is a God and he cares for me. I am blessed beyond measure by Madison. She reminds to be faithful. She's my girl, always.

I met Rachel though Caleb (another example of all the joy he has brought into my life) and haven't been able to get rid of her since. She is loyal to a fault and will take my side even when I'm wrong. She is a fierce defender of what she loves, and you hope to have a friend like Rachel. She'll always give it to me straight, and will show up when no one else will. She is strong, and smart, and caring and exactly the friend I needed. I gained a sister in Rachel, and she has taught me more than I ever realized I didn't know. She's the most excited person I know (2nd only to myself), and it is a joy to be around her.

Maggie also knew Caleb first. Maggie was the first person to cheer for us and wanted to see us make it. Her support means more than I can put into words. Maggie is the good in the world. She is a protector, a lover and a fighter. Her passion knows no bounds and pays no respect to anyone's discomfort with the truth. Maggie will always tell the hard truths. She is a reliable and joyful and funny and so creative. We share many common passions and I'm convinced that our souls were made in the same breath. Maggie reminds me to take a deep breath, and remember that good things are coming.
