When is the RSVP deadline?

We would love to know your attendance no later than March 1, 2026. We would love to hear sooner as well.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will inform you if you have been allotted a plus one, as will the website when you RSVP. Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we cannot accept additional guests.

Where is your venue?

Answer

The Wedding Chapel on the Mountain: 5010 US-431, Brownsboro, AL 35741 If you are headed SE on 431 from Huntsville, the venue will be on your right 4 miles out of town. The venue sign is small so be prepared to slow down as you approach in order to not miss it.

Is there parking?

Answer

The venue has ample parking for guests, but we encourage carpooling with other guests if coming from a similar area or hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. For men, slacks and a button-up, ties and sports coats are encouraged. For women, a dress below the knee is recommended for the time of year, a jumpsuit, or a pantsuit. No jeans!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive up to 30 minutes prior (4:30) to the ceremony start time to allow ample time for settling in. Please do not arrive sooner than 30 minutes before as per the venues request. The Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Where should I fly into?

Answer

There is an airport in Huntsville (HSV), or the next closest one is in Nashville (BNA), which is about a 2-hour drive, as well as Birmingham (BHM), also about a 2-hour drive. Please visit the travel tab for further information.
