When should I RSVP by?

March 23, 2026... Bring a sandwich and a lawn chair if not.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Wear something fun and colorful! The colors will mainly be pastel, so if you can get something close to that, that is preferred. However, if you are unsure, reach out to Naomi in advance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly request that only those listed on the invitation attend, as space is limited. But please reach out in advance if you have questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Preferably 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, so aim to arrive at 12:30 in case of traffic or other issues.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that our ceremony remain unplugged, with no photos or videos during that time. Feel free to take photos at the reception, but please wait to share them until after Caleb and Naomi have posted their own.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your kids, we will mainly only have adults. With a few exceptions of babies and those in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

They are in different locations! The ceremony will take place at the Church, located at 13642 Orchard Ridge Rd, Hancock, MD 21750. The reception will be held at the American Legion at 527 N. Washington St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. About a 15-minute drive between these locations.

What will the food and drinks be like?

Answer

There will be a variety of simple potluck-style foods, including fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, rolls, and more. Please note that this will be an alcohol-free celebration.
