You can rent a boat or jet skies or if you are wanting something more chill there is the CDA boat cruise where you tour around the entire lake and learn about its history. There is another cruise that goes out looking for eagles so if your into bird watching that might be something fun to do.
There are so many golf places all around. Liberty Lake is the city of golf and you can find a course around almost every corner.
