FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 18, 2027. If we have not received your response by this date, we will consider your RSVP as a decline.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire: Sundresses, cocktail dresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter or vibrant hues are encouraged. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing black.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation does not include a plus one, we strongly request that you do not bring an additional guest. As space is limited, we want to make sure we are able to celebrate this joyful occasion with everyone we love.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate children unless they are named on the invitation. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a 'night out' for yourself.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Our outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our registry on Zola. We are incredibly thankful for any and all gifts, and most of all for your presence in our lives and on our wedding day.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has a large, complimentary self-parking lot available for guests. The walk from the parking area to the ceremony space is short and manageable. Though, if you anticipate needing assistance with on-site transportation or accessibility support, please let us know so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu will include several gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please be sure to share any dietary restrictions or allergies with us ahead of time.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we understand the convenience of modern technology, we have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us. We will have an unplugged ceremony for most of the service, with a brief moment where guests may use their phones for photos. We kindly ask that you keep phones away for the remainder of the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.

Question

What should we expect for the weather?

Answer

While our later ceremony time should help ease the Florida heat, it can still be warm and humid. We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for an indoor and outdoor celebration.
