Parking and Shuttles
When you arrive at the venue, you will see this gate. Proceed through the gate and you will find the parking spaces in the field to the right. This is where the shuttle will pick up and drop off.
Shuttle info: We have two shuttles servicing the 20 minute drive from the parking area into the venue. We will be running the shuttles continuously from 2:15 until the start of the ceremony, and then again at the end of the evening.
The shuttle schedule is not rigid, but you can expect the shuttles to show up at the parking area approximately around these times:
2:15pm – larger shuttle
2:30pm – smaller shuttle
3:15pm – larger shuttle
3:35pm – smaller shuttle
Please plan ahead to ensure you don’t miss the ceremony!
