Our Story
We were set up by a mutual friend and went on a blind double date. We would both say it was not love at first sight, but we all know how the story ends.
Our quality time consisted of long walks, day trips, eating ice cream, and somehow never taking a photo together. That probably has to do with Caleb not knowing how to take selfies.
As we got to know each other Julia had to get over the ever-changing facial hair and Caleb accepted being with someone who's perpetually running late.
Caleb planned a scavenger hunt proposal all throughout the twin cities where family and friends provided the clues. Caleb then proposed in our favorite garden, and we celebrated by stopping at a local ice cream shop where they just so happened to have the flavor Julia Tracks. It took Julia a second to realize it wasn't a coincidence but rather a part of the evening.
We look forward to building a life together and joining in a covenant with God.
Thank you for celebrating with us!
