Are my children welcome? What about a plus one?

Answer

Your online RSVP will specify the members of your family invited, and/or if you have a plus one. If you're still unsure, just give us a call!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least twenty minutes before the ceremony to avoid delays, around 3:40!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, street parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. All streets near the venue will be open.

Can I wear Jeans? Can I wear White?

Answer

No. The dress code is semi-formal. Guests dressed inappropriately will be asked to leave.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you not have your phone out during the ceremony. We will have photographers and a videographer to capture everything. Live in the moment with us! You can take all the pictures during cocktail hour and beyond!

What is the Project XV Museum?

Answer

Project XV is dedicated to the history of voting rights in Illinois and across the United States. It is home to a fully restored barber shop honoring David Strother, the first Black man to vote in Illinois (as well as many other cool exhibits!).
