Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire for our celebration. While there is no specific color requirement, we would love for everyone to dress nicely for photos. For those who wish to coordinate with our wedding palette, our colors include sage green, ivory, blush pink, and warm brown tones.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we kindly ask that you message us in advance if you plan to bring a plus one. Please ensure your RSVP reflects everyone in your party so we can plan accordingly (information can be submitted on the RSVP page!). If you have any questions, please feel free to text Jaslyn at (218) 380-5912 (please include your name in the text).

Is there anything for my children to do?

Answer

Yes! At Westwood Hills Nature Center, guests can explore a small museum with information about the surrounding natural environment. There’s also a nearby outdoor playground, perfect for children to enjoy.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

No. We will be hosting an intimate, private ceremony with our immediate family, followed by a reception where we look forward to celebrating with our extended friends, family, and guests. Reception will be held at the Westwood Hills Nature Center: 8300 W Franklin Ave, St Louis Park, MN 55426.

Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, Westwood Hills Nature Center offers a spacious parking lot, and parking is complimentary for all guests. Street parking will also be available if there is not enough space. Carpooling is highly recommended!

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a buffet-style dinner with a variety of options. We will also have additional snacks available later in the evening. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to include them with your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Will drinks be free?

Answer

Guests are welcome to enjoy a variety of complimentary beverages, including water, juices (orange, cranberry, lemonade, and pineapple), and soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger Ale). A cash bar will also be available for alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks.

How did the proposal happen?

Answer

During a family vacation to Italy in 2024, Caleb proposed to Jaslyn in a beautiful garden in Venice, surrounded by her family and closest friends; a moment made even more meaningful by the love and memories shared in such a special place.
