You have until September 1, 2025 to book and secure the discounted rate; after this date, standard pricing will apply. Please mention "Heller McDonald Wedding" if phoning in to reserve rooms. To book rooms before or after the block dates, guests should book their reservation for the dates inside the block. A shuttle will transport guests from this hotel to the wedding venue. Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your scheduled travel if needed.

Flight
It's about a 50-minute ride to the hotel and wedding venue. You can take a shuttle service like Smoky Bear Shuttle or use Uber to reach your hotel or cabin—especially convenient if you're traveling with a group and splitting the cost.
Shuttle
October 4, 2025 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm
Two shuttles will depart from the hotel to the ceremony at 3:45 PM and 4:15 PM and then there will shuttles taking people back to the hotel at 9, 10:30, and 11 PM.
Travel Note
If you're able to coordinate travel with others, there's an airport shuttle available to the hotel for $100 each way. Since many of you will be on the same flights, splitting the cost with a group could make this a convenient and affordable option.
