How do I RSVP

Answer

A formal invitation will be sent out at a later day that will have a barcode to RSVP.

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on the vineyard side of Gin Creek. At the entrance of the property a sign will be placed to show which direction to go and staff to direct you for parking

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoor at the gazebo, and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors at the Barn.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:30 to allow time to park, grab a drink, find a seat, and settle in before we say "I do".

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend booking accommodations in Moultrie, GA, which is the closet town to our venue. We've listed a few nearby hotels under the Accommodations tab to make planning easier. Please keep in mind it will be expo week in Moultrie, we suggest booking early to ensure availability.

Are there hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moultrie and Hampton Inn Moultrie, for our guest at a discounted rate of $139.00 per night plus taxes. Please make your reservation by October 2 to receive the discounted rate. You can find booking details on the Accommodations page of our website.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. There is parking on-site with staffers there to assist with parking. The venue is located in an area where Uber and Lyft are typically available.

We welcome all little ones with supervision with the venue being large.
