Shuttles for Day of Wedding

September 28, 2024 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The day of the wedding a shuttle will be running to and from the reception to Manson Bay Suites and the Lookout. Shuttles will be running at the following scheduled pick up times THE LOOKOUT Location- Outlook Park # 18 on map where we had the Thursday night gathering 3:20 pm 2 vehicles will be arriving and can accommodate 41 people arriving to Harmony Meadows at 3:45 pm 4:00-4:05 pm 1 vehicle accommodating 25 people for second and last pick up at The Lookout, Outlook Park # 18 set to arrive at Harmony Meadows between 4:20 and 4:25pm MANSON BAY SUITES/ THE LODGE 3:50-3:55 pm 1 vehicle arrives accommodating 16 people. Note only 1 pick up time at Mason Bay/ The Lodge Return shuttles will begin running at 9pm to Manson Bay Suites and The Lookout Those staying at Campbells or The landing are welcome to meet at The Lookout pickup location if they would like to shuttle in

Getting Around Town

It is important to note that because Manson/Chelan is a small town there is no Uber/Lyft. There will be a shuttle the day of the wedding to Manson Bay Suites, The Lookout and Campbells. If you are staying at other accommodations, you will have to have transportation day of the wedding.

Chelan Lookout Vacation Rentals

Over the years we have spent many summers staying at various houses in "The Lookout". If you are looking to stay with a group of people this could be a great option for you! Walking distance from downtown Chelan "The Lookout" is a charming development with various amenities including a pool and golf cart service down to the lake. Our families will be staying here throughout the wedding weekend.

This is a great option if you are looking for something more centrally located, traveling with a small group, and plan to shuttle to the wedding venue. Campbells is a family friendly resort situated in the middle of downtown Chelan. Manson Bay Suites

I have never personally stayed at Manson Bay Suites but have been told by our wedding venue it is one of the most popular places to stay for Harmony Meadows Wedding guests. This option is in the heart of Manson making it closest to the wedding venue but further from downtown Chelan.

Flight

Airport Options

For out of state friends there are a few airport options! Spokane airport is 3 hours from the venue and SeaTac is 3 hours and 45 min. You can also look into Paine Field, 3 hour 30 min from Harmony Meadows.
