Hotel & Transportation?

Answer

We have a block of rooms for those traveling out of state. We have a negotiated rate with the Courtyard Salt Lake City Cottonwood, Hilton Home2 Suites and Best Western Sandy. Please refer to the Hotel and Transportation page on this website for the links to the special rates, just ask for the Hancock/Lambert Wedding group rate. Those traveling from the hotel will be provided a shuttle service to the venue. Once hotel reservation numbers are confirmed, we will coordinate a ride from the venue back to the hotel.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Yes, there is quite a large parking lot.

When should I RSVP by?

No RSVP is necessary, just join us!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is California casual. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy, try to skip the jeans.

Will there be food?

Answer

Fiore Food Truck will be catering Pizza, along with Danielle's favorite pasta salad, fruit pizzas, and of course CAKE! What is a wedding without cake!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be indoors, although there are patios for those that like the outdoors.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but we get plenty of heat in June in Utah. Keep an eye on the weather here (https://weather.com/weather/monthly/l/12596f67dafe3ce3ffa808a01da9f7e12f6ba8c7652aa8e5345213b230ec0355) in the weeks leading up to the wedding. It is expected to be 86 degrees in the daytime and 56 degrees in the evening.

Can I bring my partner?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

Answer

Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to fourteen-year-olds and over, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

If you are traveling from Utah County (Alpine or Cedar Hills) anyone from the bride and groom's family can help transport. If you are staying at one of the hotels listed on this site, they each have shuttles to the venue, or there is Uber available in the area.

Can we take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #________ so we can see them, too!
