FRIDAY: Welcome BBQ 3-5pm: Arrive and settle into your cabins. 6-7pm: BBQ on Lower Ballfield 7pm - Bonfire & S'mores! SATURDAY: 8:30-9:30 - Breakfast in Mac Hall 12:30-1:30 - Lunch in Mac Hall 4:00 - Ceremony 4:30 - Cocktail Hour 5:30 - Reception/Dinner/Dance! SUNDAY 9:00 - Farewell Brunch in Mac Hall
Cabins are equipped with bunk beds & mattresses, drawers and cubbies for belongings. The bathhouses are located close to cabins and have electricity, outlets, bathrooms, mirrors, showers & outdoor showers (the best!) I would suggest bringing: Sleeping Bag/Blankets Pillow Twin Sheet Lantern/Flashlight Battery Pack For Charging Toiletries Towel Bathing Suit Sweatshirt/Sweatpants Water Bottle Hat Sneakers (close toed shoes) Sunscreen/Bugspray Portable mirror
While some cabins do have electricity and bathrooms, many guests will be in cabins without electricity and will use the bathhouses nearby. The bathhouses have outlets and mirrors as well.
