An iconic Fort Collins place to visit! Caleb & Dani both went to school at Colorado State University. It is beautiful if you have a chance to drive by!
This is the special place Caleb asked Dani to marry him. It also is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the beauty of a Fort Collins natural space.
A must see if you've never been to Fort Collins before.
Take an afternoon drive up the canyon, you won't regret it!
If you have a few extra days, we recommend staying a night in Estes or at least doing a day trip there! It is only an hour from Fort Collins and nothing is more beautiful than Rocky Mountain National Park.
The best food in Estes Park! Dani & Caleb recommend the fajitas for two with a margarita!
You MUST visit Bindle Coffee during your time in Fort Collins, and maybe even a few times. The line may be long but it is worth every minute. Dani used to work here as a baker, and it is such a special place to both Dani & Caleb, and definitely their favorite coffee shop. They will live together just down the street from it and cannot wait!
Dani first started volunteering here in 2017, where she was a barista. She started working with the wedding coordinator and fell in love with weddings. This is also the place Caleb asked her on their first date, and the place where they are having their own wedding reception! Stop by in the morning for a coffee and to admire the beauty of this place, and the hearts of the volunteers who keep it running.
Such a beautiful coffee shop in downtown Fort Collins. They recommend an americano and the ricotta toast. Yum!
This is where the had their first date, and man oh man is it good. Their first date here certainly wasn't their last. they even had a family brunch there the morning right before they got engaged!
One of Dani & Caleb's most favorite places to eat out for date night. This was also the restaurant that they celebrated Dani's 21st birthday at. Their favorite is the homemade pasta dishes or a good ole' burger. They have the best happy hour from 3-6 pm.
Another favorite restaurant with the best chips & salsa, margaritas, fajitas, and enchiladas!
A fun place to stop and hangout, as this restaurant is is a part of a business area called the Exchange. They have cornhole and fire pits to enjoy while you can grab a beverage from the taproom, distillery, or the taco place. Dani & Caleb love the pork belly tacos and carnita nachos.
Also located in the Exchange. Dani & Caleb's favorite is the Salted Oreo! They also have vegan ice cream options.
Can you tell that we love Jessup Farm yet?! The Barrel House offers a unique beer experience with a great patio.
Everybody's favorite. Stop by for some sun, beer, cornhole, and a good time!
Another Fort Collins beer stop. Just add it to your list!
Fort Collins BEST bar... at least that's what Dani & Caleb think. You might have to wait in line but you won't regret it. Dani always orders the G&T, for Caleb a Whiskey Smash. Their food is also amazing. Try the salmon pate and the french dip. Get there between 4-6 pm for happy hour.
A fun underground bar just next to the Armstrong Hotel! Recently renovated and a fun atmosphere.
A fun and fancy way to see Fort Collins from above! They are always changing their drink menu, but this would be the place to enjoy a drink and the Fort Collins summer sunset.
