What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and we kindly ask guests to be seated on time so we can start without interruption. We recommend arriving a bit early to allow time for parking, greeting one another, and finding your seat. Once the ceremony begins, late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment to be seated. Thank you for helping us make this moment special.

How Do I Get to the Wedding Location?
Answer
Please enter 9910 N 174th Ln, Waddell, AZ 85355 into your GPS when navigating to the wedding. Sometimes Google Maps may automatically change the zip code to 85388, which is incorrect and can lead you to the wrong location. Please double-check that the zip code shows 85355 before starting your drive. Once you arrive in the area, the final roads leading to the property include dirt roads.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Parking will be available in the south lot, located on the dirt lot beside the house. If that area is full, please park near the entrance and line the sides of the street. From there, it will be a short walk to the reception area. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Black Tie Garden. We invite guests to dress in formal attire with a garden-inspired touch. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length or formal midi gowns rather than short cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear suits or tuxedos. Please note the celebration will take place on grass and natural ground, so we recommend footwear that’s comfortable for walking on dirt and grass while still keeping the look elegant.

Is the venue easy access?
Answer
The venue is accessible by car, but please note that part of the drive is on a dirt road that can be bumpy. We kindly recommend avoiding very low-clearance vehicles to help prevent any potential damage. Comfortable, higher-clearance cars are best for this area.

Answer
Yes! Children are warmly welcomed at our celebration. We look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages and are so happy to include your little ones on our special day.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that invitations be honored as addressed. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones. Thank you so much for understanding—we truly appreciate it and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly please RSVP no later than February 23rd. This will be the final date we are able to accept responses. Any RSVPs received after this date cannot be accommodated, as final arrangements and seating will be confirmed immediately afterward.
