Maid of Honor
Kaitlyn is much, much more than my sister. She’s more than my friend. We're so much alike, but she's somehow wiser, kinder, and more hilarious (SOMEHOW). It’s been the best life discovery to have grown up and grown closer with her. Her devotion to God, to family, and to French fries is something so magical to behold, and I’m truly amazed by the woman she has become. I love her so deeply, and I couldn’t get married without her standing directly by my side.
Best Man
Jeremy is one of my oldest, if not my oldest friends (speaking of length of friendship, not how monumentally old he is). We grew up together serving in youth ministries, grew up together learning how to prefer IPAs to Blue Moon, and grew up to stand by each other in each of our weddings. Jeremy has been by my side through thick and thin, through the highest peaks and lowest lows, and I am incredibly grateful to call him my best man.
Bridesmaid
Ali has been by my side through everything that the world has thrown our way. We’ve laughed til we cried and cried til we laughed more times than I can count. She’s seen every part of me and Caleb’s relationship unfold over the last 14 years, from notes passed in Spanish class to being the first FaceTime call I made after we got engaged. She’s been my best friend for 18 years, and there isn’t a single time these last 18 years that I’ve thought about this day and she isn’t with me.
Groomsman
Andy and I have been many things. Friends, roommates, bandmates at church, and now we are groomsmen in each others' weddings only three weeks apart. Whether we're arguing over the merits of good ole' Kentucky Bourbon vs. Canadian whiskey, or spending too many hours playing Destiny together, there is no way that I couldn't have this member of my fireteam standing next to me on our big day.
Bridesmaid
The moment I met Alyssa standing just inside the Cast Member security gates outside Disneyland, I knew that we’d be fast friends. She’s passionate, hilarious, and immensely trustworthy. She and her husband (and our dear friend) Andrew welcomed both Caleb and I into their lives with open arms, and I’m forever grateful to know that she’s by my side, no matter the distance.
Groomsman
Chris and I knew of each other for years, but first met each other on the same New Years Eve that he met his now wife, Brielle. Our friendship was born with a bottle of Sailor Jerry's and looking at the stars, and grew into much more. Chris and Brielle were in Paris at the same time as our engagement, and I will be forever grateful for not only their time with us in that special moment, but in every moment he has stood with me over time.
Bridesmaid
Emily, Traci and I were roommates in college (Rosewood 632!). Emily is open, honest and utterly kind to all those around her. She’s spoken profound truth into my life whenever I need it most. I wouldn’t have been able to forge through the sometimes muddy years of my early 20s without her and definitely couldn’t have found my way back to Caleb’s side without her consistent friendship.
Groomsman
I've often said that there isn't a couch in this world that I've slept on more than Michael Gergen's, and I stand by that. Mike has been with my in some of my best times and my worst times, and whether I was a rent-paying roommate, or just a friend in need, he was always by my side. I stood by him in his wedding, and can't wait to have him by me for mine. Also, you all should really know how his dogs, Chopper and Gunner, really are the best boys. Love you Gun.
Bridesmaid
Leaving Disney to move back to Arizona was the best decision I could have made, but it was also one of the hardest things I’ve ever day. Emily helped me to feel warm and at home when the transition was hardest. She continually shows God’s grace in all her actions, and I’m so grateful to have her fierce, supporting friendship guiding Caleb and I over these last three years.
Groomsman
Ryan stands right next to Jeremy as one of my oldest friends, and one of the last true Cowboys fans. From World of Warcraft to Fantasy Football, Ryan and I have spent countless hours together doing things that have absolutely no consequence in this world, and I love him for it. One of my truest friends, and a proud owner of a miniature wiener dog, I wouldn't be able to marry this beautiful woman with him by my side.
Bridesmaid
Traci and I met playing competitive soccer when we were barely teens. She’s been my teammate, my roommate and an ever present source of inspiration in my life. She consistently shows me deep strength, deep confidence, and unconditional love in all she does. She knows and loves Caleb and I well both individually and as a couple, and I couldn’t imagine her not being by our sides to witness this day.
Groomsman
My brother, my friend, my tenant. My parents have OFTEN said that I inherited all of their best traits, and that Sean is, well, Sean. I love him like only a big brother could, wouldn't get married without him standing at the altar with me. Once, a few years ago, we drove a turnaround trip to Joshua Tree National Park for a Childish Gambino concert, and I look forward to a lifetime of going the distance for the things we love, together.
Groomsman
Trenton James Bowen the Third, Trbo, was my High School friend, my College roommate, and a constant source of inspiration in my life. We met Freshman year of High School, listened to Duality by Slipknot too many times in College, and have grown into men together. From his pursuit of being an Ophthalmologist (I'm told it's a fancy eye doctor), to his pursuit of his now-wife Bailee, I look forward to being inspired by Trent for the rest of my life.
Officiant
I met Austin my Freshman year of High School, and we quickly grew from friends, to bandmates (R.I.P. Red Letter Drive), to him now being our officiant. Some of the deepest conversations I've had about God, life, love, and learning how to be a good person in this wild world we live in have been with Austin, and when we first got engaged I couldn't think of a single person more fit to stand with us and first pronounce us as man and wife.
